Day 1 — Workspace + import

We provision your school workspace, import your student list (CSV or Excel), set up your fee structure, and assign teachers to classes.

Day 2–3 — M-Pesa + parent portal

We connect your Daraja paybill, send parent portal invitations (SMS + email), and run a test M-Pesa STK push to confirm everything settles correctly.

Week 1 — Teacher training

Three short WhatsApp + Zoom sessions: attendance for class teachers, exam entry for subject teachers, and CBC reports for the head of academics.

Week 2 — Go live

Your first attendance and your first M-Pesa receipt land. We stay on call for term-end report card generation and any edge-case questions.
