Common questions

Prepaid is a flat fee paid upfront for a fixed period (e.g. 30 or 90 days) and capped at a number of students and staff. Postpaid is metered — at the end of each month we count your active students and staff and bill you per head. Prepaid is predictable; Postpaid scales with you.
No. The trial is free for 14 days with sample data and the full feature set. We only ask for billing details if you decide to continue on Prepaid or Postpaid.
Nothing automatic. Your trial workspace is preserved for 30 days. Pick a Prepaid package or activate Postpaid billing within that window and your data carries over.
A student or staff record is counted as active if they're enrolled and have an open status during the billing period. Archived, transferred-out, or graduated records aren't counted.
No. Safaricom's daraja fees are paid directly by the school to Safaricom. We don't add any markup. Our subscription invoice is separate.
Yes. Switch at the start of any billing cycle. We help you migrate without losing any data and apply prorated credit if you're moving from Prepaid mid-period.
Yes. Multi-campus institutions get a per-campus discount that scales with the number of campuses. Talk to sales for a tailored quote.
We can arrange on-site visits to other counties at cost. Most schools onboard fully via WhatsApp + Zoom; on-site is optional.
